Jezzabelle offers FREE shipping and handling to all U.S. domestic locations.

We offer a flat shipping and handling rate of $25 to most non domestic locations, however, some destinations will require additional shipping at the buyer's expense.

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Jezzabelle wants you to be happy with your purchase!

If you're unhappy with your goods, we'll gladly offer a full refund on unworn merchandise in it's original condition with all tags still attached, within 30 days of purchase (no exceptions).

After 30 days, Jezzabelle will offer an exchange or store credit for unworn merchandise in it's original condition with all tags still attached, within 45 days of purchase.

**Jezzabelle reserves the right to withhold credit on returned items that are found to be worn or damaged by the customer in any way. In these situations the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.**

Items that are listed as "FINAL SALE ", are final sale items and can not be returned or exchanged.

All leather goods (bags, belts, accessories) and jewelry are final sale only, we apologize for any inconvenience.
